01 · COVERAGE MODEL
Every sector carries a different failure cost
A clinic that loses access to patient records and a distributor that loses its warehouse scanners have the same root problem and completely different consequences. We start from what breaks first in your operation, then build the environment backward from there — infrastructure, security, backup and support scoped to your obligations rather than a generic package.
A
Compliance-first design
Quebec's Law 25 and federal PIPEDA set the floor. Sector rules and professional-secrecy duties sit on top, and we document how each control meets them.
B
Uptime engineering
Monitoring, redundancy and tested restores sized to what an hour of downtime actually costs you — not to a marketing tier.
C
Budget discipline
Licensing, hardware and project scope handled through our distribution and procurement channels, with non-profit and education pricing where it applies.
02 · SECTOR PROFILES
Eight sectors, eight different builds
01 · PROFESSIONAL SERVICES

03 · FINANCIAL SERVICES
Financial Services
Where uptime and data integrity are non-negotiable.
Where uptime and data integrity are non-negotiable.
Accounting practices, bookkeepers and financial advisors carry client financial records under regulatory scrutiny. We harden the identity layer and make the audit trail defensible.
▸ Encrypted storage and controlled file sharing
▸ 24/7 monitoring and proactive maintenance
▸ MFA, conditional access, privileged account control
▸ Audit-ready logging and retention
SEASON-PROOF THROUGH YEAR-END CLOSE
05 · MANUFACTURING
Manufacturing
Smart IT to keep the line running.
A stopped line is measured in dollars per minute. We build for continuity on the plant floor and keep production systems separated from the office network.
▸ Network optimization and uptime targets
▸ Secure ERP and production system integration
▸ Rugged endpoints and on-site support
▸ OT / IT segmentation and IoT deployment

07 · EDUCATION
Education & Training
More capability per dollar, securely.
Schools, CEGEPs and training centres manage large device fleets, young users and student records — usually on a fixed budget approved a year in advance.
▸ Affordable, scalable IT plans
▸ Secure ERP and production system integration
▸ Rugged endpoints and on-site support
▸ OT / IT segmentation and IoT deployment
BUILT FOR THE SCHOOL-YEAR CYCLE
02 · HEALTHCARE
Healthcare & Clinics
Privacy-first IT for modern care delivery.
Medical clinics, dental offices and wellness centres hold some of the most sensitive personal information in Canada. We build environments aligned with Quebec's Law 25 and federal PIPEDA, plus the record-keeping duties of your professional order.
▸ EMR / EHR support and integrations
▸ Endpoint protection and role-based access
▸ Secure patient communication and file transfer
▸ Automated backup with tested restores
COMPLIANT, CONFIDENTIAL, ALWAYS-ON
04 · LEGAL
Legal Firms & Notaries
Client confidentiality, enforced at the system level.
Professional secrecy is not a policy document — it is an access model. We segment matters, lock down email, and keep records retrievable for as long as your obligations require.
▸ Document management and secure workflows
▸ Matter-based access segmentation
▸ Email encryption and anti-phishing controls
▸ Long-horizon backup and retention
PRIVILEGE PROTECTED END TO END
06 · LOGISTICS
Logistics & Distribution
Systems that don't stall between sites.
Warehousing and transport depend on scanners, connectivity and data moving between partners. We keep the multi-site link up and the inventory data accurate.
▸ WMS / TMS integration support
▸ Warehouse Wi-Fi and scanner fleet management
▸ Multi-site connectivity with failover
▸ Inventory and EDI continuity
EVERY SCAN LANDS WHERE IT SHOULD
08 · NON-PROFIT
Non-Profit Organizations
Every dollar toward the mission.
Non-profits run lean teams with rotating volunteers and donor data that must never leak. We use non-profit licensing programs to stretch the technology budget as far as it goes.
▸ Non-profit licensing and grant-friendly budgeting
▸ CRM and fundraising platform support
▸ Donor data protection
▸ Volunteer onboarding and access management
FOCUS ON THE CAUSE, NOT THE COMPUTERS
03 · COMPLIANCE FRAMEWORK
What applies to you, and what we implement

06 · QUESTIONS
Common questions
Do you only work with the eight sectors listed?
No. These are the sectors where we have the deepest track record, but our managed IT, cybersecurity and cloud services apply to any Canadian SMB. If your industry isn't listed, the assessment call will tell us quickly whether we're a fit.
Which privacy laws apply to my organization?
If you operate in Quebec, Law 25 applies to how you collect, store and protect personal information. Federal PIPEDA applies to commercial activity across provincial borders. Many organizations answer to both. We map the technical controls; your legal counsel confirms the interpretation.
Can you support multiple locations in different provinces?
Yes. We run local teams in Montréal, Toronto, Calgary and the Laurentides, with remote monitoring and support covering every site under a single agreement.
Do you replace our internal IT person?
Not necessarily. Many clients keep an internal generalist and use us for infrastructure, security, escalation and projects. We scope co-managed arrangements as readily as fully managed ones.
What does a free IT assessment cover?
A review of your current infrastructure, backup posture, security gaps and licensing spend, followed by a written summary of what we'd prioritize and what it would cost. No obligation attached.
●· NEXT STEP
Ready to upgrade your industry's IT?
Whether you're in healthcare, legal, logistics or education, we'll map your environment and tell you exactly what to fix first. Free assessment, written findings, no obligation.
